Ghislain was amongst the first professional guides to be trained soon after the creation of Gabon’s National Parks in 2002. Now, with nearly 20 years’ experience, he is a professional and committed guide passionate about his country’s nature and leading his clients to the beautiful wild areas of Gabon. Ghislain gained experience as a guide in several national parks including Loango, Moukalaba-Doudou, Lopé, Ivindo, Plateaux Batékés and Mayumba, and after a number of years passed on his experience leading the tourism component for various NGOs. In addition Ghislain has also established himself as the guide and logistics planner for a number of wildlife film production companies, including the BBC.
